DR. MICHAEL OREY:  PRESIDENT - has innovated in the field of eLearning for over 25 years. In that period of time, he has designed Intelligent Tutoring Systems for the U.S. Army; developed standards-oriented, computer-based training, and designed learning games for a major entertainment company. Dr. Orey is a tenured faculty member at the University of Georgia, helping to pioneer the field of Instructional Technology and eLearning, using both synchronous and asynchronous technologies. For the past 10 years Dr. Orey has helped define the standard for synchronous online graduate education, having delivered dozens of online graduate level classes.  More recently, his work with many cultures around the world has led him to create a design and development strategy to make Open Educational Resources truly open. His undergraduate degree was from Purdue and his Masters degree and Doctorate were from Virginia Tech.
